About our club

Hounslow & Whitton Cricket Club (HWCC) was previously known as the Old Meadonians CC and Old Latymerians CC before both clubs merged in 1999 to form the current club.

Junior sections

Our junior sections continue to thrive through the winter and summer, and across multiple teams from under 9 to under 17. We have a transition team to support them from Juniors to playing with the Seniors teams. Our juniors are trained by ECPA ( Elite Cricket Performance Academy) who coach the juniors as well as our ECB Level 1 trained coaches. Players also have pathways onto borough, regional and county representative cricket as well as access to elite MCC coaching programmes where eligible.

Adults section

Our Adults section has two Saturday men's teams (Div 2 and Div 6) in the Thames Valley League and a Sunday team in the London League in 2020. For 2022 we are building upon what was achieved in 2021, with a 3rd league team combining Adult and Youth members. This provides a pathway and renews our club. We are working with Middlesex and the ECB to establish a women's section.
